FieldPulse also helps you manage customer information and history including all jobs, invoices, photos, files, and comments attached to the customer profile. FieldPulse is available for iPhone, iPad, Android phones, Android tablets, and computer browsers. The WebApp is accessible from any web browser. Your team members can operate on different device types; an iPhone, Android mobile phone, and WebApp users can all be on the same team.

FieldPulse is business management software as a service designed for service businesses who need to better manage their customer data, schedule jobs for employees, create invoices and estimates, track payments, and have better insight into their business operations. FieldPulse can be used via your mobile phone or computer.

Customer profiles not only allow you to store basic information such as First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, and Notes, but they also store documents related to the customer such as job records, invoice records, customer comments, invoice PDFs, photos, and other files. Customer profiles show you the entire customer history and relevant files.

All FieldPulse data is housed on our secure servers. Simply logging in to FieldPulse on a new device will synchronize the new device to match your existing records, so you never need to worry about new devices.

There are three types of user roles you can assign to team members, depending on their role in your business

  • Admin
  • Manager
  • Service Agent
  • Assignment Role (free)

Each user role comes with different permissions and capabilities within FieldPulse.

Admin: Receives full access to all Company Settings.

Manager: Creates and edits customers, jobs, and subtasks. Creates, edits, and sends estimates and invoices. Can view team schedules, status updates, and invoices, as well as all customers, team member geolocation tags, and team timesheets.

Service Agent: Updates assigned jobs and subtasks. Creates and sends estimates and invoices. Changes job status, attaches files, and adds comments. Can view assigned customer profiles and invoices from assigned jobs. Tracks individual time and timesheets.

Assignment Role: Assigned work by managers — for management purposes. Cannot log into app. This is used for managers to be able to see who is assigned to what job.

Yes, FieldPulse allows you to create “Invoice Item Templates” as a repository of your commonly used invoice line items. Store items such as labor rates, supplies, equipment, and more along with default prices, quantities, and descriptions. Create full invoices in just a few clicks.
