QuickBooks Time Integration: Enhanced Sync for Tags and Notes
Our QuickBooks integration just got even better! You can now sync tags for holidays, breaks, and overtime, and notes detailing time punches and policies. This enhancement provides more comprehensive data sharing between FieldPulse and QuickBooks Time.
Override Tax for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Users
Take full control of tax calculations with our new Override Tax feature! Customize tax rates on estimates and invoices without altering customer addresses or relying on QBO's calculations. Ideal for businesses that need to apply taxes based on their location as the point of sale.
Custom Forms: PDF Filler
Our new custom forms PDF Filler allows you to import PDF and image files as a background for custom forms. This is particularly useful if your company has specific formatting requirements or regulatory needs. The Freeform Field Layout enables you to place and resize fields however you like, and you can also specify whether fields are required or editable.
Mass Job Importing via Web App
Easily upload and edit job information in bulk with our Mass Import functionality. This feature saves time, reduces errors, and ensures your team has up-to-date information.
Custom Calendar/Schedule Start Date
Customize your schedule to start on Sunday or Monday, aligning with your organizational needs and enhancing productivity. Experience a more tailored approach to scheduling that puts you in charge of your time.

Engage - Network Issue Pop-Ups
If network challenges in Engage are detected in your area, you'll now receive a pop-up with helpful tips to resolve them. This feature is designed to maintain clear calls with customers, prospects, and teammates. Each pop-up links to a detailed article with step-by-step solutions.
Tab Pinning on Project Records
Pin tabs on project records for quick access to key project details, simplifying navigation and keeping you organized.
Custom Fields for Line Items on Purchase Orders
Add specific details to your purchase orders with line item custom fields. Track information such as:
- Item Status
- Expected Arrival Date
- Item Condition
- Related Job
- Return Item Toggle
This new functionality helps improve your efficiency in managing purchase orders and related jobs/projects.
Engage Updates
Settings - Network Diagnosis: Quickly identify and resolve connectivity issues with in-app testing and audio quality checks. Available on web and mobile.
Message Failure Management: If a message fails to send, you'll see a clear 'Not Delivered' status and options to Try Again or Delete the Message, offering more control over your communications.
Sequential Calls & Customizable Ring Duration: Search by friendly name or number when setting up sequential calls, and adjust ring duration for optimal call management.
New Integrations
CompanyCam Integration
Our new integration with CompanyCam allows for seamless job documentation with photos and videos that sync directly to customer records in FieldPulse. This allows teams to capture, organize, and share photos in real time, ensuring accountability with geotagged images and project timelines. Never lose track of job photos again!
The Seal Integration
We've partnered with The Seal to enhance customer trust through verified service notifications. The Seal's advanced reputation management tools, including employee background checks, help establish trust even before service begins.
Self-Serve Mailchimp Integration
You can now independently enable and link Mailchimp! Simply go to Company Settings > Features & Plug-ins, find MailChimp at the bottom, and click Enable. Enter your API key and optionally activate Customer Sync.
